Where does RETYCHE ship from?

All products are shipped from our Montreal, Canada store.

Does RETYCHE ship to P.O. Boxes?

To reduce online security issues, RETYCHE does not ship to P.O. boxes.

When will my order ship?

All Online orders are processed within 1-3 business days, we ship from Monday to Friday 10-6 pm, EST, excluding holidays.

When will I receive my order?

Shipping times vary based on the shipping destination and shipping method. Domestic orders take around 1-3 business days. Orders shipped to the US or internationally may incur delays because of customs. Typically orders to the USA with standard shipping will take 2-3 days in transit, once processed.

What options do I have if I won’t be available to sign for my package?

All shipments are sent with signature requirement, if you are unable to sign for the package, it will be automatically re-routed to the shipment carrier’s location. Most locations hold for 5 business days. When picking up your package, please be sure you bring a government issued photo ID. For security reasons, the carrier will only release the package to the customer whose name is listed on the shipping label. If the package is not picked up within 5 business days, it will be returned to RETYCHE and refunded. If you choose a signature release option, RETYCHE and the carrier will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, you can choose to pick up in store at checkout.

Does RETYCHE charge duties and taxes at checkout?

No, we do not charge duties and taxes upon checkout. Orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to import taxes, duties and other fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes and customs fees imposed by your country upon delivery. We mark all customs forms as used items (not stating the brand) and value the item at full purchase price (minus shipping).

How do orders come packaged?

We protect our customers' privacy by ensuring that packages are discreetly labeled to avoid attracting unwanted attention. You can trust that we will do our best to make your shopping experience is safe and enjoyable.

What shipment carriers does RETYCHE use?

We use Purolator for domestic orders and DHL for US/International, at times we use FedEx.

What is RETYCHE’s return and refund policy?

We offer returns exclusively on full-priced clothing and foortwear, all other purchases are FINAL SALE. To learn more click here.

Are your items new?

No, all our items are pre-owned ranging from Brand New to Good condition.

Does RETYCHE have an influencer program?

Does RETYCHE charge tax?

Yes, all Canadian orders include tax based on your shipping location. US/International orders are not charged tax as they are subject to duty and taxes upon delivery.

What currency are RETYCHE’s prices in?

All pricing is in Canadian dollars and will automatically convert to your local currency based on your browsing and shipment location.

Can I cancel my order?

RETYCHE accepts cancellation requests within two hours of receiving your order confirmation. Please email info@retyche.com.

Why did RETYCHE cancel my order?

Inventory online is shared in our physical store and sometimes discrepancies can happen. Online orders may be canceled and refunded to the same tender within 1-2 business days if an order cannot be fulfilled.

What brands and items does RETYCHE accept?

We accept all premium high-end designer brands and some mid contemporary brands specific to clothing - Chanel, Hermès, Prada, Dior, Givenchy, Celine, Saint-Laurent, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Bottega, Veneta, Loewe, Valentino, Balenciaga etc..

We accept handbags, accessories, jewelry, small leather goods, sunglasses and select shoes and clothing.

Do you offer buyouts?

How long does it take for my item(s) to sell?

Our selling turnaround time is almost always 30 days and under, however we cannot guarantee a sell date.

How do I get paid?

We pay the following month for the previous month’s sales between the 15th-last day of the month. We pay via e-transfer, check or PayPal.

Will my consignment items be discounted?

Yes, we offer discounts on items after 30, 60 and 90 days. See More

What if my item(s) don’t sell?

Our contracts are 90 days, if your item(s) don’t sell within that time frame, we will return them back. We will contact you to pick them up and if items are not picked up within 10 days, they will be donated to charity.  For non-local consignment, items will be returned at a fee of $25 (in Canada).

I’m ready to consign with RETYCHE, how do I get my prepaid shipping label?

We offer prepaid shipping labels for items consigned over $500 CAD. If you decide to ship your items via prepaid shipping label, you agree to our consignment terms and conditions. RETYCHE is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages that may occur during the delivery process.

What happens if my item(s) is not authentic?

All items are thoroughly inspected and go through a rigorous authentication process. If your item is deemed not authentic, it will be returned back to you and you will be charged an authentication fee.

How does RETYCHE price items?

All items are priced based on style, condition, current resale value, demand and our clientele.

Why didn’t RETYCHE accept my item(s)?

We accept items based on condition, brand and style. If your item is too damaged or altered it won’t be accepted. If you have any questions, please contact consign@retyche.com.

Can I shop RETYCHE’s inventory in person?

Of course! Come visit us at our store location.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we charge QST(9.975%) + GST (5%) in stores and all Canadian online orders are charged tax based on the shipping location.

Are RETYCHE’s items final sale?

All in store and online purchases are final sale. Only full-priced clothing and footwear purchased online are available for return and refund. All items sold with any discount or promo code are final sale. Click here to learn more.

Is my information secure?

Yes - at RETYCHE, we prioritize safeguarding your personal information at the highest standard of information security.

What happens if I pay with a payment plan (Affirm,Klarna or Afterpay and then return items or cancel my order?

Once we process the return, it will be automatically posted to your account and they will credit you back in your original form of payment.

Is my RETYCHE layaway deposit refundable?

No, all deposits are non refundable, if you need to extend your payment plan, please contact: info@retyche.com.

Does RETYCHE offer a quality warranty on items purchased from RETYCHE?

RETYCHE is not responsible for any new damage or wear to an item after purchase. At RETYCHE, all items are pre owned and we are unable to honor any brand-specific warranties as we are not a part of the manufacturing process. Our team is thoroughly trained to look for any signs of wear or damage but is unable to foresee how future use will impact an item.

Why isn’t my discount or promotional code working?

  • Only one code can be applied per order.
  • Some codes apply only to specific items or exclude specific items.
  • Codes may require a minimum purchase quantity or dollar amount.
